Hi DBA gurus, One of the application is going live .At presenr data is 15GB and will grow more by 10 GB in year time. What is the right approach of tablespace design having more files of smaller size(10 files of 2 GB ) or less file of bigger size (3 files of 8 gb ). No tables in this application is partitioned all the files will be on a single disk I am Orcale 8.1.7 on Win 2K.
