5 years ago, I worked through his UNIX flavor B/U scripts and found several errors. Over a 2-3 week period, I had multiple phone conversations with the Osborne editors with assurances, that the problems would be fixed IMMEDIATELY in the download files. They effused many thanks for my time and assistance.
I sent them my corrected scripts, with full documentation a)what the "bug" was, b) the error that was generated, c) the solution. So much for promises I guess.
