Hi all, I did a select sysdate from dual, and got 04:09:39 pm, but my machine system time is 4:47pm, which is right.
SQL> select to_char(sysdate,'mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss am') from dual; TO_CHAR(SYSDATE,'MM/ -------------------- 09/12/02 04:09:39 pm How did Oracle get the time? What needs to be set in order to get the correct time? Thank you in advance! Leslie __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
