All, I have implemented FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS in one of my database profiles - and it works beautifully ! However - is there a way to trace or capture the incorrect password (and machine name) that trips this counter ? I am interested in finding out who (and from where) tried to connect unsuccessfully.
