Title: RE: But I *want* to use RBO!

9iR1 or 9.0.1 is scheduled to be "de-supported" as of June 2003.  No "extended support" (i.e. possibly translates to "we'll take more of your money beyond what we're already taking"?) will be offered, but "extended assistance" (i.e. possibly translates to "we'll take some money to answer questions"?) is offered until June 2006.

9iR2 or 9.2.0 is scheduled to be "de-supported" as of Sep 2005, "extended support" offered until Sep 2007, "extended assistance" is scheduled to be offered until Sep 2008...

"10i"?  I haven't even upgraded to "9i" yet because none of our vendors
have, either.
