An update:   We finished the creation of the database in the morning in time for business day.   We found that the file system was performing at about 30-50% efficiency. On Sunday we moved the database to a new server and all is OK.   Now we are starting to prepare new server so we can return to replication.   Yechiel Adar Mehish ----- Original Message ----- From: Yechiel Adar To: Multiple recipients of list ORACLE-L Sent: Thursday, October 10, 2002 11:53 PM Subject: Re: ora-01115 after datafile autoexetend from 3.9 GB to 4.1 GB Thanks for all the replies.   We called Oracle support and they come with the DUL utility and extracted the data.   As I write this e-mail imports are running.   Concurrently we tried to restore the last full backup from more then 2 weeks ago\ and found about 1 day worth of archive logs missing, so this option is out.   We now also restoring last night export to a separate database so in case of logical errors in the imported data they will be able to input the deals again and bring the system up to date.   So now, eleven hours later we hope to finish in a few hours.   Yechiel Adar Mehish
