drop user <username> cascade;

You cannot drop multiple tables without dropping them one by one.

You could, I suppose, write a stored procedure which reads a table that
contains the list of tables to be dropped, and do an execute immediate
on the drop statement you generate within the stored procedure. But you
will still be dropping the tables one by one, just not explicitly
typing the commands in.
