NO H-1B candidates please. *Description: An Oracle developer is needed to support Oracle production system requirements for a complex healthcare application, implementation report development and data conversion activities and to support additional modules being added such as discrete manufacturing, HR (planned) and CRM (planned). This position will work with other Oracle team members and the Oracle user community to: -Define and develop custom operational reports, modify existing reports per user requirements. -Define, develop and maintain the PL/SQL applications that integrate the portal database's data with Oracle ERP. -Define, develop and maintain workflow programs used in Oracle 11i. -Assist with the development and use of Discoverer, Oracle Business Intelligence System and Noetix for end user reporting from Oracle. -Develop custom applications as required. -Serve as backup administrator for the applications. -Other duties as required. *Requirements: -B.S. in Computer Science, M.I.S., Engineering or equivalent experience. -Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle development tools... at least five years programming and develop experience in an Oracle RDBMS environment. -At least five years working with ERP systems with a preference for Oracle ERP experience. -Must be a U.S. citizen or perm. resident. Other Desirable Qualifications: �Oracle training or certification �Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i desired �Experience with FDA regulated processes, ISO quality environment �Strong interpersonal and communication skills .Experience with Lotus Notes, Noetix, Sun Solaris, and Java desired Base Salary is in the low $70's with eligibility for bonus... realistic to expect 12% of base or more as a bonus.
