Good day, all Has anyone come across (or put together) a feature comparison of the various large-scale db's? Looking for stuff as detailed as max length for table/column names, ability to create/use aliases or synonyms, etc - but also interested in ability to partition objects, large object support and the like.
Looking specifically for DB2 and Sybase as compared to Oracle, but others will help, too. thanks bill magaliff -- Please see the official ORACLE-L FAQ: http://www.orafaq.com -- Author: Magaliff, Bill INET: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fat City Network Services -- 858-538-5051 http://www.fatcity.com San Diego, California -- Mailing list and web hosting services --------------------------------------------------------------------- To REMOVE yourself from this mailing list, send an E-Mail message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (note EXACT spelling of 'ListGuru') and in the message BODY, include a line containing: UNSUB ORACLE-L (or the name of mailing list you want to be removed from).
