Ray, I think you need to check DBA_2PC_PENDING on both the local and remote database to see if anything is still in there. That gives the osuser, terminal and host name so you may be able to get something from that. Of course if there is nothing in that table then the transaction has been rolled back already

My question is, is there any way to relate transaction id 8.82.26033 to an application or table row or something at a higher layer? Thanks. =============================================================== Ray Stell [EMAIL PROTECTED] (540) 231-4109 KE4TJC 28^D -- Please see the official ORACLE-L FAQ: http://www.orafaq.com -- Author: Ray Stell INET: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fat City Network Services -- 858-538-5051 http://www.fatcity.com San Diego, California -- Mailing list and web hosting services --------------------------------------------------------------------- To REMOVE yourself from this mailing list, send an E-Mail message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (note EXACT spelling of 'ListGuru') and in the message BODY, include a line containing: UNSUB ORACLE-L (or the name of mailing list you want to be removed from).
