I need to document a number of Oracle environments for a client. I think that this is similar in scope to what Oracle Consulting calls an Operational Readiness Assessment. Has anyone on the list been through this sort of exercise? Can anyone share any documents that would be appropriate for this? I had a good base document to work from at one time, but cant find it now that I need it.
