Eriovaldo - Okay, we'll be here when you're ready. I can highly recommend STATSPACK. It seems appropriate to my level of expertise and has helped me get to the bottom of a lot of performance issues very quickly, had one this morning in fact. Some people on the list have had to dig deeper than STATSPACK, and on one hand I appreciate their willingness to share their knowledge and techniques and on the other hand I hope I don't have problems that bad.
