I know I have 3 duplicates because that's how many I deleted when I got rid of them.
If you use direct=true on sqlloader, the primary key constraint is NOT disabled even if the index partition is made unusable. and we know it's an app problem. That's a given. The app on occasion re-runs part of a load. What we don't know is why.
