Looking at contents of attrcol$ , name column can have more than 30
characters since it seems to be joining 2 attributes

      OBJ# INTCOL# NAME
---------- ---------- ------------------------------
     45149 41 "USER_DATA"."AGENT_ADDRESS"
     45149 42 "USER_DATA"."AGENT_PROTOCOL"
     45149 43 "USER_DATA"."ORIGINAL_MSGID"
     45149 44 "USER_DATA"."SUB_NAME"
     45149 45 "USER_DATA"."SUB_NAMESPACE"
