Henry - I would definitely go for it. I had the opportunity to attend a 1-day condensed seminar a year ago and it was one of the best seminars I ever attended. If it was the normal 3-day length, then it should be much better. And no, they soft-petal their services. They spend their time teaching you what you really need to know, but they are open about the fact that it can be difficult to analyze a large 10046 trace manually and you can try their tool for free.
