In development, we suddenly hit this error today. This is coming from a SQR report that tries to insert a record into a financials database (8.0.5).
From one instance it works fine, from another it returns this error. These two instances are 9202, but the instance where query breaks has two additional patches installed.
How can I find more information about this error and its resolution?
