HOT DAMM!! Ive taken everyones suggestions and did the following
Edited all the stats* file to change whenever sqlerror exit; To whenever sqlerror continue; And connect perfstat/perfstat To connect perfstat/perfstat@instance I also ran the script from a cmd window rather than sqlplusw I believe I looked at this last summer, and did in fact comment out or alter the files so they would "stay Up" but its quite possible I was more determined this go around due to everyones feedback.
