1) Large Export Dumps , if Directly Exported to TAPE Devices , Can Import be safely Done therefrom ?
FILE=<Device name> OR is it advisable to compress / Split the Export Dump Files onto Storage Box & thereafter backup the Same onto Tape ? 2) With Oracle 8i & 9i Does export backup fired at a certain Time take ALL Objects's Data existing as at that point in time ? Assuming exp Command is issued to export a Full Database Containing many Tables at 10:00 hours .
