I think that a join between v$session (where status = 'ACTIVE') and
x$kglrd should do it (join SQL_ADDRESS + SQL_HASH_VALUE to kglrdhdl +
kglnadhv). You need to be SYS of course, so perhaps you'll want to
create a view.
