We are attempting to categorize the technical complexity of our Oracle modules (Forms, Reports, Pro*C etc.) so that any future effort for migration/across the board changes can be estimated can be a little more accurate than a guestimate.
Have you come across
any methods of how this can be achieved ex. number of items, number of
canvases, lies of code
etc.?
Any pointers would
be helpful and appreciated.
