Flavio - You control the amount of RAM by your init.ora settings. Limiting processor usage is probably up to your O.S., and you didn't mention which O.S. you are on. This is probably not a good idea. Modern operating systems do a pretty good job of prioritizing the work, and limiting by CPU is a rather crude method.
