Just wrote this now (9.2). Run it while the compilation is waiting:
select *
from v$session
where saddr in (select kgllkuse
from DBA_KGLLOCK
where kgllktype = 'Pin'
and kgllkreq = 0
and kgllkhdl in
(select p1raw
from v$session_wait
where event like '%libr%pin%'))
Probably there is many other ways.
