Hi, they're just figures derived from other columns in the table. GETHITRATIO is GETHITS/GETS (or "decode(kglstget,0,1,kglstght/kglstget)" from x$kglst). PINHITRATIO is PINHITS/PINS (or "decode(kglstpin,0,1,kglstpht/kglstpin)" from x$kglst.
they just give you a way to quickly see how successful attempts to pin or get libcache objects have been.
