Define "everyone". Everyone that navigates onto your website? Gawd no.

Here's the thing: I've stopped considering Oracle "users" as analogous to any other kind of "user". They are schema containers; the web app is in charge of managing user access and abstracting the database layer.

Of course, there are exceptions to this guideline. I can't think of any right now, but hey...
