Mark , Thanks for the reply . I think learning is a never ending process , specially in IT industry where new version of software is out before 30% adapts the previous version .But is there a line which can be drawn ? No one knows everything . But experience tells where to look for proper things and what plannings and cautions to be taken before adapting any change .
