Windows 2000 Cluster on oracle

Hi
I wanted to migrate my database from SUN solaris to WINDOWS 2000 platform.Curetly I am having sun cluster as failover with shared disk.
I wanted to setup similar kind of setup with windows 2000.
Is any failover option available in Windows2000?
Let me know if anyone does such kind of setup earlier ?
