I see that Larry  has been having his "I have a dream" speeches  too many times.
Reality is that an oracle database is so enormously complex beast that it cannot be
tamed or harnessed without a help of a DBA.  As you know, reality bites, and it will
bite anybody who would try running a production database without a DBA. It's a big no-no.
