Done rely on gui tools to accomplish any task. Great DBAs can endure the SQL to get the answer done. Good DBAs may opt for a GUI tool but will still use command line SQL first. Poor DBAs run for their GUI tools. Here is a "DO" Do always challenge yourself to find the solution. Do remember that other's have been through the same situation are available to help you.
