Ferenc - No, the dbid will not change with a recreate controlfile. I checked
a couple of test databases that I created this way. If you need to change
it, someone has posted a procedure for doing this somewhere on the Web.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to test this out, so hopefully someone
here has gone through this, and can give me a simple yes/no answer.
 
If I completely restore a database (DB crashed, think DR situation) and
bring it up on another node, does the DBID in v$database change ?
If I recreate the control file, will DBID change ?
