Karma. The price is unbeatable and it's one very good monitor, too. Also, look into DB-Artisan from Embarcadero technologies, BMC Patrol. I'm sure that CA have an oracle RDBMS monitoring product. You also need to look in the capabilities of Tivoli from the Big Blue.
