I keep a copy close by my side to bring out when a developer is telling
everyone that compressing extents will solve ALL the performance issues
associated with their code...don't laugh..Its happened several times...some
guy going off after looking up old information or the web or a book. Nowadays
I use the locally managed tablespace when I can.
