select text from user_source where name = '<PROCEDURE_NAME>' order by line;
you can do the same for functions, packages and types select text from user_source where name = '<PACKAGE_NAME>' and type = 'PACKAGE' order by line; select text from user_source where name = '<PACKAGE_NAME>' and type = 'PACKAGE BODY' order by line; also can use dba_source.
