The easiest way is to ODBC link the tables and develop like it is an MS Access project.
This is not the best way due to security and a host of other issues.
I have seen using ADO & oo4o through VBA to make the connection.
This seems to work ok, but does require alittle more coding then the average MS Access database project.
 
OTN has some great sections of using ADO and oo4o.
