Menon Do you mean tuning Unix itself or Oracle on Unix? Which Unix? The only book for tuning Oracle on Unix that I am aware of is Oracle and Unix Performance Tuning by Ahmed Alomari. I have difficulty reading it, but others on the list whom I respect have recommended it highly.
