Kirti, Check the OTN training/seminars that are being presented in different areas of the world. I attended one such session that talked and demo'd the Oracle email functionality. It is an amazing product if you need all of the features that Oracle OTN had set up. The demo was for web based email that used the portal and could emulate MS outlook to a tee. Attending the OTN seminar is well worth the time and effort to attend. Ron
