ORA-600 [17090] "Empty error stack when signalling error"

PURPOSE:               
This article discusses the
internal error "ORA-600 [17090]", what    it means and possible
actions. The information here is only applicable    to the versions
listed and is provided only for guidance.   

ERROR: ORA-600 [17090][a][b][c][d][e]   
VERSIONS:   7.3.X to 8.1.X   
DESCRIPTION:            

The internal error [17090] refers to
the condition when the kernel   error handling layer is called to pop
and resignal the topmost   error on the errorstack and it finds the
stack empty.    You may see this error while running sqlldr or import
on   an 8.0.X database and also run into space management issues   such
as ORA-1658 or ORA-1654 errors for example.

FUNCTIONALITY:         GENERIC CODE LAYER
IMPACT:                PROCESS FAILURE   
NON CORRUPTIVE - No underlying data corruption.   
SUGGESTIONS:           
 This is not a fatal error.
 Address the underlying   space management error to correct.
