I'm not really aware of any objective tests, though I think back in the early days of this stuff there were a couple of different pet-store apps written by MS and Oracle. I'd strongly suggest though that you are likely to find that you need to code appropriately for oracle when using Oracle{bind variables, maybe materialized views/query rewrite, whatever) and appropriately for MSSQL when using MSSQL.
