I'm not really aware of any objective tests, though I think back in the early days of this stuff there were a couple of different pet-store apps written by MS and Oracle. I'd strongly suggest though that you are likely to find that you need to code appropriately for oracle when using Oracle{bind variables, maybe materialized views/query rewrite, whatever) and appropriately for MSSQL when using MSSQL.

Really want an objective study.  Would like to find out if ASP.net against Oracle has any performance limitations as compared to ASP.NET against MSSQL.  Also, would like to know if there are any maintenance/administration/coding limitations.  Does going against ORacle provide a lot of hardship for developers and what kind?
