TOAD v7.5 will allow you to "export" INSERT statements of all the data in a table. I've FTP'd these INSERT statements to a Unix box to run "sdiff -s" between the files in order to get the differences. Yes, it's a bit "manual", but the price is right (ours was <$350/copy back in the 1900s). You can evaluate TOAD by filling out the contact form at:
