Yes, the parm was changed in 2000.

pen_cursors = 300
max_enabled_roles = 30
db_block_buffers = 45000
buffer_pool_keep=(buffers:5200 lru_latches:2)
shared_pool_size = 83886080
# shared_pool_reserved_size = 7M
large_pool_size = 6291456
java_pool_size = 32K
# java_pool_size = 53886080

These are the current values.  I am new so there are no dumb suggestions.
