Hi Murray

I'm running Win 2000.

1)OracleService<SID> is running.
2)But why do i need listener? I'm not going to use connect string.

Thanks
Sami

Are you running on NT or Windows 2000? If so, make sure both the
TNSListener
service and the OracleService<SID> are running.
