First off you need SQLCHECK=SEMANTICS and the login that you pass must have execute
priviledges.

I have a problem with using oracle built in stored procedures in embadded C.
It is impossible to compile my program by ProC. It says:
sys.dbms_alert.remove( 'prolan_alert' );

I can use these functions in sqlplus, but ProC produces this error message.
