Guys,
I am installing Oracle 9.2.0.1 on Win2K Adv.Server/SP3.
While database configuration asst. is creating the database,i get the error:
"ORA-29838 insufficient privileges to execute the operator(s)"
I found from docs that:
Cause: User does not have privileges to execute one of the operators.
Action: The owner of the operators must grant appropriate privileges to the
user.
What does this mean ?
i have installed 9iR2 on Win2K AS/SP3 before and did not face this problem.
dug into metalink and orafaq.net , but did not find any useful info'.
had anyone faced this ERROR before ?
