Prem
Head for http://www.hotsos.com and study their documents. Cary
Millsap,
who is kind enough to participate on this list, has identified LIO as a
key
performance issue.

any good docs or links regarding LIO and how to deal with it ?

Can u explain me Connor ?

Regards,
Jp.
