been trying to get the ok to switch to LMTs on all our isntances. have gotten no so
far.

We ran into:

ORA-01693 max # extents (string) reached in lob segment string.string

Cause: A LOB segment tried to extend past MAXEXTENTS.

Action: If MAXEXTENTS is less than the system max, raise it. Otherwise, you must
re-create with larger initial, next or PCTINCREASE parameters.

I altered the table and set us to max extents unlimited. temporary fix since inital !=
next extent and poor pct_increase settings.

Do you still need to set the maxextents clause at the table level of a LOB in LMTs or
is it handled implicitly? Or does it handle that also. MaxExtents for lobs is set
differently than maxextents for table segments.
