The last time that I had that problem the DBCA window extended off the
bottom of the screen and the FINISH button was under the taskbar.  Silly, I
know, but there's something about that screen that doesn't prompt you to

Have just installed Oracle 9.2 and am trying to use dbca to create a
database. Even though I select to create a database it just displays the
template with the option to save as HTML, but does not create the database!

Am I missing something here?
