1. Space management can be specified for a tablespace, not a segment. Create ASSM tablespace and alter table ... move there.
2. Locally managed tablespace, I guess. Oracle doesn't need NEXT_EXTENT and PCT_INCREASE then.

Question 1: This table is created using manual management method, right? What do I do in order to turn it to Automatic segment-space management?
Question 2: How come there are no values for NEXT_EXTENT and PCT_INCREASE?
