You can't. As of about a year or so ago, there must be a buffer available for reports. vnc works nicley for this. Many notes/articles on Metalink concerning this.

Never mind. Was a bad rep_mdmdmd.conf file.
However, does anyone know if there is a way to run reports services without
have a DISPLAY variable set? We don't have a dedicated machine for this one
purpose.
