Hi Robert, The directory does not exist. I am just trying to register the database(RMAN>register database).
My question is... from where did it pick up the name of the control file "/dev/vx/rdsk/dbdg13/Rcatctrl.ctl". Also i tried the same operation(register database) for different database which is running on the same box and it works fine.
