I have a logon trigger set up for a user. In examining the trace file, I see the expected logon pl/sql action at the beginning along with the normal NLS parm set ups. The next action is a select with the usual parse/bind/exec/wait/fetch/wait/stat emissions. After the stat for Cursor #1, there are 264 waits in 132 pairs (1 for each named cursor) of SQL*Net to/from.
The next activity is parsing of cursor #132, with the associated activity (in fact, this cursor is reused quite heavily). Then #127 is parsed and normal activity, then #128, then #17, etc. I'm not quite certain how to intrepet this sequence of events in the trace file. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Daniel Fink
