Now we know where the RBO went too!!  They pulled it out of 10g and
stuck it into Oracle Standard Edition One.  Duh.  It's smaller, cheaper
it uses RBO.  You gotta pay extra for CBO.

Sorry for stealing your thunder Mladen ...just borrowing it...you can
have it back now.
